Samuel gets sent hundreds of messages and emails every week from people who want him to invest in or joint venture with them on a property deal, and unfortunately, he can't invest in all of them.
Because of this, Samuel will only consider entering into deals, business, or investments with his Academy students, as he knows they have done all the relevant training needed and have been trained by the best!
And always remember that a key part of being in the Samuel Leeds family is the networking opportunity it provides, so ensure that you speak to as many other students as possible at the events you attend.
You never know; the next one could end up being a business partner for years to come!
